Derneğin AmacıMission of the Association

Odak Derneği, toplumun her kesiminden bireylerin temel yaşam ihtiyaçlarını karşılamak, refah düzeylerini yükseltmek ve yaşam kalitelerini arttırmak üzere hareket eden bir sivil toplum kuruluşudur.

Derneğimizin amacı, ekonomik zorluklarla mücadele eden, afet ve acil durumlar nedeniyle mağdur olmuş veya olma riski taşıyan birey ve topluluklara yönelik kapsamlı insani yardım faaliyetleri yürütmek; barınma, gıda yardımı, hijyenik yaşam koşulları, temiz su temini ve atık yönetimi gibi temel yaşam koşullarının sağlanması ve sürdürülmesine katkıda bulunmaktır. Bununla birlikte, Odak derneği, toplumun karşılaştığı zorlukları tespit ederek bu zorluklara yenilikçi çözümler üretmeyi amaçlamakta; bilimsel araştırmalar, eğitsel ve sosyal programlar aracılığıyla toplumsal farkındalığı artırmayı ve bireylerin sosyo-kültürel entegrasyonunu desteklemeyi hedeflemektedir.

Bu doğrultuda, konferanslar, kongreler, sempozyumlar, seminerler, fuarlar, paneller, sergiler, konserler, toplantılar ve bilimsel araştırmalar gibi çeşitli platformlarda, ilgili birey ve kurumları bir araya getirecek etkinlikler düzenleyerek, toplumun her kesimine yönelik bilgi ve deneyim paylaşımı sağlamayı amaçlamaktadır.

Dernek ayrıca, çalışma alanlarıyla ilgili bilimsel araştırmalar yapmak, sosyal tabanlı plan ve projeler geliştirmek, bu projeleri uygulamak ve proje bazlı ortaklıklar kurmak; yazılı, sözlü ve görsel medya çalışmaları yürütmek, içerik üretmek ve yayımlamak suretiyle misyonunu geniş bir kitleye ulaştırmayı ve etkisini artırmayı hedeflemektedir.

ODAK is a civil society organization that acts to meet the basic life needs of individuals from all segments of society, to raise their welfare levels, and to improve their quality of life.

The aim of our association is to carry out comprehensive humanitarian aid activities for individuals and communities who are struggling with economic difficulties, have been affected by disasters and emergencies, or are at risk of such situations. We aim to contribute to the provision and maintenance of basic living conditions such as shelter, food aid, hygienic living conditions, clean water supply, and waste management. In addition, the Focus association aims to identify the challenges faced by the community and develop innovative solutions to these challenges; it targets increasing social awareness and supporting the socio-cultural integration of individuals through scientific research, educational, and social programs.

In this regard, by organizing events that bring together relevant individuals and institutions on various platforms such as conferences, congresses, symposiums, seminars, fairs, panels, exhibitions, concerts, meetings, and scientific research, it aims to facilitate the sharing of knowledge and experience with all segments of society.

The association also aims to conduct scientific research related to its areas of work, develop and implement social-based plans and projects, and establish project-based partnerships. By conducting written, oral, and visual media studies, creating content, and publishing it, the association seeks to reach a broader audience and enhance its impact. In this framework, the Focus Association is committed to improving the general welfare of the community, strengthening social solidarity, and creating the necessary conditions for every individual to lead a better life.

Çalışma Konuları ve Faaliyet ŞekliAreas of Operation and Activities

Derneğimiz amaçlarını gerçekleştirmek üzere;To fulfill our objectives, the association:

  1. Üyeler arası iletişimin ve ağın gelişmesini sağlar.
  2. Facilitates enhanced communication and networking among members.
  3. İhtiyaç sahiplerinin temel ve asgari yaşam koşullarının sağlanması ve bu koşulların devamına yönelik temel (barınma ve gıda yardımı, hijyenik ortamın sağlanması, temiz su temini ve atık yönetimi vb.) ve psiko-sosyal ihtiyaçları tespit ve temin etme gibi yardım çalışması yürütebilir.
  4. Undertakes humanitarian aid activities to secure fundamental life conditions for those in need (e.g., shelter and food assistance, hygiene promotion, clean water access, waste management), and identifies and addresses psychosocial needs.
  5. İhtiyaç sahiplerinin menfaatine yönelik ilgili kişi ve kurumların bir araya gelebileceği konferans, kongre, sempozyum, seminer, fuar, panel, sergi, konser, toplantı, bilimsel araştırma vb. her türlü bilimsel, eğitsel ve sosyal çalışmalar yürütebilir.
  6. Organizes various scientific, educational, and social events such as conferences, congresses, symposiums, seminars, fairs, panels, exhibitions, concerts, meetings, and scientific research, providing platforms for engagement among relevant individuals and institutions concerned with the welfare of vulnerable populations.
  7. Çalışma alanlarıyla ilgili bilimsel araştırma ve sosyal tabanlı plan ve projeler geliştirebilir, uygulayabilir ve proje bazlı ortaklık kurabilir.
  8. Conducts scientific research and develops social-based plans and projects within its operational framework, implementing these initiatives and establishing project-based collaborations.
  9. Yazılı, sözlü ve görsel medya çalışmaları yürütebilir, içerik üretebilir ve yayımlayabilir.
  10. Executes media campaigns through written, verbal, and visual channels, generating and disseminating informative content.
  11. İhtiyaç sahiplerine yönelik ayni (yemek kartı, market kartı, sosyal kart, ulaşım kartı vb.) ve nakdi yardım yapabilir.
  12. Provides in-kind (e.g., meal vouchers, grocery assistance, transportation support) and monetary aid to beneficiaries.
  13. İhtiyaç sahibi öğrencilere yönelik burs, bağış, kırtasiye ve giyim desteği gibi yardımlarda bulunabilir.
  14. Extends assistance to students in need through scholarships, donations, stationery supplies, and clothing provisions.
  15. Sosyal kampanyalar ve iletişim kampanyaları yürütebilir.
  16. Leads social and communication campaigns to raise awareness and drive positive change.
  17. Her türlü insan hakkına yönelik savunuculuk faaliyeti yürütebilir ve girişimde bulunabilir.
  18. Advocates for and champions human rights through advocacy initiatives and interventions.
  19. İlgili kanunlar, mevzuatlar ve işbu tüzüğe uygun olması şartıyla yurt içinden ve yurt dışından bağış toplayabilir, şartlı/şartsız vasiyetleri kabul edebilir.
  20. Solicits and accepts donations domestically and internationally, adhering to relevant laws, regulations, and the association's bylaws.
  21. Amaçları gerçekleştirmek üzere ihtiyaç duyulan gelirin sağlanması ve sürdürülebilirlik için iktisadi, ticari ve sanayi işletmeleri kurabilir, ortak olabilir.
  22. Establishes and participates in economic, commercial, and industrial ventures to secure sustainable funding for achieving its mission.
  23. İhtiyaç duyulması halinde dernek, yurt içi ve yurt dışında şubeler ve temsilcilikler açabilir.
  24. Establishes local and international branches or representative offices as needed to support its mission and operations.
