Odak, herhangi bir din, mezhep veya siyasi oluşuma bağlı olmayan bir Türk sivil toplum kuruluşudur. Toplumun değişen ihtiyaçlarını doğru okumaya, bilgi, araştırma ve ortak akılla kalıcı çözümler geliştirmeye, bireylerin, toplulukların ve kurumların güçlenmesine katkı sunmaya, ihtiyaç anlarında dayanışmayı somut desteğe dönüştürmeye ve Türkiye'de etkili, sürdürülebilir hizmetler üreten nitelikli ve güçlendirilmiş bir sivil toplumun inşasına odaklanmıştır. Odak is an independent Turkish civil society organization with no affiliation to any religious, denominational or political entity. It focuses on understanding society's evolving needs, developing lasting solutions through knowledge, research and collective wisdom, strengthening individuals, communities and institutions, turning solidarity into tangible support in times of need, and contributing to the development of a capable and empowered civil society that delivers effective and sustainable services across Türkiye.
Kadınların üretim gücüne odaklanıyor, el emekleriyle şekillenecek yeni ve uzun soluklu bir yol arkadaşlığının ilk adımlarını atıyoruz. Magarsus Kadın Kooperatifi ile birlikte; kadınların üretim süreçlerinde daha görünür, daha güçlü ve daha özgüvenli bir şekilde yer almalarını destekleyecek kalıcı bir işbirliğine imza attık. We focus on women's power to create, taking the first steps toward a new and lasting journey shaped by their own hands. We wholeheartedly believe in the transformative power of women's solidarity, production, and sustainability. Guided by this belief, we have established a lasting partnership with the Magarsus Women's Cooperative to support women in becoming more visible, empowered, and confident throughout the production process.
Odak Derneği olarak, "Bir Çocuk, Bir Çanta, Bir Gelecek Projesi" 2025 yılı faaliyetlerini başarıyla tamamladık. Altındağ'daki 500 çocuğumuzu yeni okul çantalarıyla buluşturarak sevinçlerine ortak olduk. As Odak, we have successfully completed the 2025 activities of the "One Child, One Backpack, One Future" Project. In the final phase, carried out with the valued participation of public institutions, we provided 500 more children in Altındağ with new school backpacks and shared in their joy. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all our volunteers who contributed to supporting the education of our children. We also respectfully thank the Ministry of Interior, the Directorate General for Relations with Civil Society, and the Altındağ District Directorate of National Education for their invaluable support.
Sivil Toplumla İlişkiler Genel Müdürlüğü ve Odak Derneği iş birliğiyle düzenlenen çalıştay, 14 kamu kurumunun katılımıyla tamamlandı. Sektör temsilcilerinin yoğun ilgi gösterdiği çalıştayda mevzuat ve saha uygulamaları detaylıca ele alındı. The Guidance Workshop for Foreign NGOs, organized in cooperation with the Directorate General for Relations with Civil Society and Odak Association, was successfully completed. The event brought together representatives from 14 public institutions, including the Directorate General for Relations with Civil Society, the Presidency of Migration Management, AFAD, the Turkish Red Crescent, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Family and Social Services, TİKA, PTT, the General Directorate of Financial Markets and Foreign Exchange, MASAK, the Personal Data Protection Authority, the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency, the Social Security Institution, and the Directorate General of International Labour Force. Attended with strong interest from sector representatives, the workshop provided a comprehensive platform for discussing relevant legislation and practical implementation in the field.
6 Şubat 2023 depremlerinin ardından Kahramanmaraş, Adıyaman ve Hatay'da 5.000 gıda kolisi dağıttık; 2.000 hanenin çadır, battaniye ve barınma ihtiyaçlarını karşıladık. As Odak Association, we rapidly mobilized in the field following the Kahramanmaraş-centered earthquakes of 6 February 2023, widely described as the "disaster of the century." Across Kahramanmaraş, Adıyaman, and Hatay, we distributed 5,000 food parcels and met the urgent needs of 2,000 households by providing tents, blankets, heaters, and shelter materials from the earliest stages of the crisis. In Hatay, where the destruction was especially severe, we supported the continuity of shelter efforts through construction materials and equipment. We also reached 2,500 children affected by the earthquakes with clothing, toys, and stationery supplies.
AFAD koordinasyonunda Azaz ve Afrin'de yerinden edilmiş ailelere gıda, giyim, okul kırtasiye ve hijyen kiti desteği sağladık. Under the coordination of AFAD, food, clothing, school supplies, and hygiene kits were provided to displaced families in Azaz and Afrin.
